This also allows the sound level meter to be operated from outside the box.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, if multiple cables are passed through a single cable port simultaneously, cable-induced noise may occur and affect measurement accuracy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For this reason, we recommend equipping multiple cable ports in anechoic boxes or anechoic chambers, with one cable per port, depending on the specific purpose or signal type.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cable ports can also be customized in terms of shape, size, and sealing method.<br>When passing thick or bulky cables, a standard cover may not provide adequate sealing, and alternative soundproofing treatments should be applied.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The diagram above illustrates the configuration of a sound level meter, extension cable, and microphone.
