Q. Is it possible to arrange manufacturer-led briefings or joint visits?

Q. Can I request a catalog?

Q. Can I get a quote for either measurement equipment or an acoustic room/box only?

Q. Is it possible to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)?

Q. Can you provide fire safety documentation?
Yes. We can submit the necessary certification documents upon request.
Q. What happens if the performance does not meet the guaranteed values after installation?
In the unlikely event that performance does not meet the guaranteed values, we will take full responsibility and implement corrective measures until they are achieved.
Q. Do you offer earthquake-resistant structures or seismic design?
Yes. We have multiple successful case examples.
Q. Can you share details on past installations, including department names and dates?
If you are the client or a related company, we can provide a delivery record upon request.
Q. Can you provide delivery records by industry or product type?
Yes, we have such records available and can provide them upon request.
Q. Can I inspect a demo unit?

Q. Can you upgrade or retrofit a soundproof/anechoic room made by another manufacturer?
We will assess the actual installation before making a determination. In some cases, a complete rebuild may be necessary.
Q. Is it possible to expand an existing soundproof or anechoic room?
Yes, although pre-planning for future expansion in the initial design phase can help reduce future costs.
Q. Can you apply paint in a manufacturer-specified or customer-specified color?
In most cases, yes. However, additional costs may apply depending on the requirements.
Q. Do you have a construction license under the Construction Business Act?
