Handled by a Moritani Shokai Representative
We will assign a representative from Moritani Shokai. For customers located outside the Tokyo area, a representative from a regional branch office may be assigned. Our representative can visit your location, arrange a web meeting, or coordinate with the manufacturer as needed.
In cases involving the construction of an acoustic measurement environment, environmental noise surveys or assessments may also be conducted.

Proposal and Quotation
We will provide documents related to the quotation from Moritani Shokai, including: Quotation, Specification sheet, Concept drawings, Proposal document, Measurement and survey report
(These documents are generally provided free of charge up to this stage.)

Contract
If you decide to proceed with the contract, we will carry out all necessary steps including the execution of relevant contractual documents, arrangement of manufacturer products, design and fabrication, and final delivery.

Performance Verification, Inspection, and Handove
After product delivery is complete, we will verify the guaranteed values. If, by any chance, the acoustic performance does not meet the guaranteed specifications, we will implement secondary countermeasures at no additional cost until the guaranteed values are achieved.
We will also conduct all necessary delivery inspections (including dimensional and quality checks). Once all processes are completed, we will submit the final documentation.Upon your approval, inspection and handover will be carried out.
